What methods of payment do you accept?

At the moment, our website accepts most major credit & debit cards through our secure checkout.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at gatorbandapparel@gmail.com or through our contact form.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipped orders generally will take 10-12 business days to be processed by our student-led crew and sent out via USPS.

When/where can I pick up my order?

Band Hall Pickup occurs at the Upper Lobby of the Steinbrenner Band Hall. Pickup orders are arranged through our in-site booking system and times can vary depending on our crew's schedule for the semester, but generally will take place between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm from Monday-Friday.
