What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our Square account.

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you feel you have an especially extenuating circumstance, please shoot us an email.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping should take 10-12 business days. We don't expect it to take that long every time, but that's our quote just to be safe.

When/where can I pick up my order?

Band Hall Pickup occurs at the Upper Lobby of the Steinbrenner Band Hall. You can pick up your order Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. After placing a pickup order, one of our staff members will contact you via email to arrange an appointment time.
